Scope of work:

• • Unpack the product.
  • Assemble the Gazebo in the customer’s desired location.
  • Leveling of the Gazebo within 1” end to end.
  • Organizing all garbage and prepared for disposal by customer.
  • Knowledge transfer to the customer, full installation tour of the product.
  • Fasteners to secure the Gazebo to the base or base structure.
  • Gazebo must be assembled on a Flat Firm permanent surface this can include the ground.
  • Gazebo must not be closer than 36” from a Fence or property line.
  • The customer must Remove any debris, overhanging branches or anything that would impede the Gazebo assembly.
  • Measurements do not include the overhang of the gazebo roof. This can cause issues against a building if the footprint is exactly the space required.
  • If the gazebo is installed on a raised surface, There Must be 12” Extra space on each side to allow for the unit to be moved enough to get a ladder to the peak of the roof.
  • Any building permit or regional code considerations are the responsibility of the customer.
